The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bridge and easy to find. The check-in process was smooth, and they even sent me the access code the night before. My room was incredibly comfortable and quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. I appreciated the shared kitchen and TV room, which added to the overall convenience. One of the best aspects was the friendly and kind owner who came to help me when I messed up the laundry. The value for money at this place is unbeatable.

We loved the comfortable and quiet rooms, shared kitchen and TV room. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, even coming to assist us with the laundry. The towels were soft and luxurious, better than those in 2-3 star hotels. The self-service laundry was a great value, with low prices and free soap and fabric softener. The location was perfect, right next to the river and the Camino de Santiago, and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the old town.
We felt incredibly welcome and had no complaints at all.

The guest rooms at Pension Rio Umia are cozy and comfortable, with a lovely seating area where you can relax after a tiring day of exploring. The shared bathroom is clean and comes with free toiletries and fresh bed linen. I particularly enjoyed the twin room with a balcony, where I could soak in the beautiful views while sipping my morning coffee.
Personally, I didn't fancy the shared bathroom aspect as I prefer having my own private space. However, I understand that some guests may not mind this setup and still find it convenient.
